Our client is an inbound tour operator specialising in providing travel arrangements for the Russian market. They are looking for a highly motivated travel professional to join their Operations/Reservations Department based in London. The role involves dealing with the Russian clients on booking their holidays, providing price quotations on various services they require, liaising with suppliers, making up tour documentation ie invoices, visa support letters, travel confirmation documents, dealing with telephone and email enquiries. You will need to be a fluent Russian speaker, advanced or fluent English, excellent communication skills in both languages, previous experience in travel industry in UK or Russia, ideally with reservations background. Knowledge of UK and Russian is a must.
